Curried Broccoli Soup and Whole Wheat Heart Biscuits

Tonight's Menu:

Curried Broccoli Soup. A hearty vegetarian soup made with tons of broccoli, potatoes, onions and garlic. A hint of curry keeps things lively. Source: The City Gardener's Cookbook.

Whole Wheat Heart Biscuits. A quick and easy buttermilk biscuit made with whole wheat flour and cut out using a heart-shaped cookie cutter.
